Description

The Prince Castle PC908A8 8-Section Wedge Witch is a vegetable cutting system that is applied in commercial food preparation stations. It works by crushing produce in a fixed blade system that cuts the product into eight equal wedge sizes in one movement. The unit is mounted on a work surface to hold the blade structure and guide part that steers the product through the cutting part. It plays a vital role in ensuring the size of the wedges is always the same and helps in the preparation of ingredients in an organized manner.
