Description

The Hatco 02-05-007-00 Holding Cabinet Element is to provide controlled heat for food in commercial kitchens. It works by transforming electrical energy into thermal output and evenly distributing the heat inside of the cabinet to provide safe food holding temperatures. It is located in the heating chamber with the thermostat and wiring and works with it to control the temperature in each operating cycle. When an element is worn or faulty it is replaced to restore proper heat generation, maintain the stability of the cabinet performance and maintain uniform heat in commercial kitchen settings.
