Description

The Hatco R02.05.007 Holding Cabinet Element is an electrical heating element designed to assist the warm cycle operation of the compatible kitchen equipment. When current flows through the element, it produces heat which is distributed throughout the cabinet, to maintain the desired serving temperature of prepared foods. It is in the internal heating circuit, and operates in conjunction with sensors and control units for the control of cabinet operation. A replacement element will remove the heating inconsistencies and restore the proper heating output, while also maintaining the heat efficiency during continuous commercial kitchen service.
