Description

The Hatco R02-05-007 Holding Cabinet Element is the main source of heat energy and is to be compatible with all the primary heat source to maintain temperature of prepared food at serving temperatures in commercial kitchens. It is fitted into the heating assembly of the cabinet and circulates heat throughout the cabinet with the temperature controls of the cabinet, to ensure a stable conditions. The operation of the element to recover the heat when the door is open and to maintain the uniform temperature is improved with a properly working element.
