Description

The Hatco R02.05.007.00 Holding Cabinet Warmer Element generates the controlled heat needed to maintain the temperature inside compatible equipment. The electrical element converts supplied current into thermal energy, which is transferred into the cabinet’s heated condition during operation. Positioned within the cabinet’s heating assembly, it works with the temperature control system to provide heat as required to maintain the selected holding conditions. The element allows its output to circulate through the interior without placing it directly in contact with stored food. It is designed for the designated holding cabinet configuration and interfaces with the unit’s existing heating circuit.
