Description

The Hatco R02-05-007-00 Holding Cabinet Element provides heat for compatible for food service systems in commercial kitchens. It is within the cabinet heating assembly to generate thermal energy which is distributed around its interior to assist in maintaining the proper food holding conditions. The element is a part of the cabinet's electrical and temperature control system and reacts to the changing heat requirements when in operation. When a heating element is damaged, a replacement will restore normal cabinet operation maximise heat recovery and provides accurate temperature maintenance.
