The Hobart 411506-8 Thermostat Kit with Knob and Screws 200–400°F is a temperature control assembly used in the commercial equipment. The thermostat senses the operating temperature and regulates the heating circuit by opening or closing the electrical contacts as the temperature reaches the selected setting. It operates with the range, and includes a control knob for adjusting the temperature. It installs the equipment control panel and connects to the heating circuit wiring. Its switching action controls heat output to maintain the selected operating temperature during cooking, or heating cycles.
