The Dean 8030031 Tube Screen 17-1/2" X 17-1/2" is a wire mesh support screen used in compatible commercial kitchens. It installs above the fryer heat tubes where it supports fryer baskets and food products while allowing oil to circulate freely through the cooking area. The mesh screen support prevents large food particles from contacting the heat tubes and supports even oil flow during frying. It works with the fryer tank and basket assembly to support consistent cooking performance while supporting maintaining proper oil circulation within the fryer.
