Description

The Dean 810-0435 Drain Valve W/Handle 1-1/4" is the manual shutoff point for draining cooking oil from the commercial fryer equipment. The valve installs directly into the drain assembly and connects the frypot outlet with the equipment’s drainage path. Its connection provides the interface for the surrounding piping while the handle controls the internal opening. Moving the handle to the open position permits oil to flow from the frypot into the connected drain system. Returning the handle to the closed position stops discharge and keeps the frypot isolated during cooking operations.
