Description

The Frymaster FM8066993SP Fryer Drain Valve W/Handle 1-1/4" controls the movement of cooking oil from the fryer vat into the drain system during draining or filtration. Its 1-1/4-inch inlet connects to the fryer drain plumbing, while the manual handle operates the internal valve to start or stop oil flow. The valve assembly uses a ball-effective shutoff mechanism that provides a direct passage when opened and closes the drain path when the handle is moved to the shut position. It is used with compatible full-vat fryer configurations where controlled oil drainage is required during regular operation and service.
