Description

The Frymaster FM806-6993SP Fryer Drain Valve With Handle 1-1/4" is a manually operated drain-control valve fitted to the outlet of compatible commercial equipment. Where it regulates the discharge of cooking oil from the frypot into the connected drain line. The 1-1/4-inch valve connection matches the specified drain piping, while the attached handle moves the internal valve mechanism between open and closed positions. Opening the valve create a clear passage for oil to leave the frypot while closing it stops the flow. The assembly works with the frypot outlet drain piping and related component during oil draining and equipment cleaning.
