Description

The Frymaster FM806-6993 Fryer Drain Valve With Handle 1-1/4" is a spare part to operate valve fitted to the drain outlet of compatible commercial kitchens. The operator to control the movement of cooking oil from the frypot into the connected drain system. Its 1-1/4-inch connection matches the specified drain arrangement, while the attached handle operate the internal valve mechanism. Turning the handle opens the passage for oil to flow out while returning it to the closed position stops the discharge. The valve works with the frypot drain tube and collection or disposal setup to during draining and cleaning procedure in the kitchens.
