Description

The Frymaster FM810-0435 Fryer Drain Valve With Handle 1-1/4" is a manually operated valve mounted at the frypot drain outlet of compatible commercial kitchens. Where it controls the release of cooking oil into the connected drain system. Its 1-1/4-inch connection joins the valve to the drain piping while the attached handle operate the internal passage. Moving the handle to the open position allows oil to flow from the frypot through the drain line, while closing the valve stops the discharge. The valve work directly with the frypot outlet and drain plumbing, providing the operator with controlled point for draining oil during cleaning or service.
