The Pitco P6072186 Tube Screen is designed to remove debris and food Parts in the oil of commercial fryers. It operates by fitting tightly around tubes in the fryer, which allows the oil to flow through but blocks solids, that may impact the performance of cooking. This fryer tube screen is 17-1/2" X 17-1/2" and is installed directly into the fryer, lying over the heating tubes so that it filters uniformly. It is easy to install and fits into place without requiring any extra equipment and is simple to clean or replace.
