We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product or request a refund. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item(s) in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Return Policy

30-Day returns: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all items purchased directly from our online store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return and request a refund.

Order Cancellations:  An order once placed by the customer will be processed and shipped on the same day based on the availability of the parts. So, the order once processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. However, upon the request of the customer, if the order isn’t processed and shipped due to non-availability or any other technical reason by the time of receiving the request may be cancelled. However, a transaction charges of 4% will be charged to the customer.

Eligibility for Return: Once orders are processed, cancellations are not allowed. To be eligible for a return or refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item must not be installed, must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all original manuals, with no signs of wear.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • • The item must be purchased directly from our website.

  • Incorrectly ordered items may only be returned with prior authorization from the company. Returns without prior authorization are not accepted. Return requests can only be submitted via email ([email protected]). 

  • Phone or chat return requests will not be accepted.

  • Returns MUST be received within 15 business days from the date of authorization.

  • After receiving the returned product, we require 2 to 3 business days to verify it and confirm.

  •  If any returned product is found to be used, installed, tested or damaged it will not be refunded and will be scrapped in a week after intimating the customer.

  •  The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and must ensure the returned item is properly insured during transit. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Additionally, the buyer must ensure that returned items are properly insured during transport. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items during return shipment. The buyer assumes all liability for this.

Non-Refundable Items: While we strive to accommodate all return requests, the following items are ineligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made items specifically created for you.

  • Special order items

  • For any used, installed, tested, damaged products in general, return will not be refunded and scrapped in a week after inspection got completed and intimated to the customer.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your goods are damaged during transit, you receive short or partial shipments, or incorrect items, please report the issue within 2 business days of the delivery date.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant details. Our team will guide you through the process and assist you in every step.

Return Process: For approved returns, you will receive detailed instructions by email. Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Email us the details of your return.

  2. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number upon receiving your request.

  3. Ship the item(s) with the RMA label on the box to the address provided in the return instructions. 

  4. Do not write anything on the original packing box. Items won't be accepted otherwise.

  5. DO NOT SEND RETURNS TO OUR CORPORATE ADDRESS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE.

Return Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, the customer must ensure the returned items are adequately insured during transit to our company. We are not liable for any loss or damage to returned goods that may occur during transit. The buyer assumes full responsibility for this.

Refund Policy

Refund Process: Mere acceptance of the return request is not guaranteed for a refund or replacement. The part will be examined for any wear and tear or used or installed marks or damages and will be intimated to the customer. This process may take two to three days after the product reaches us. If any returned part is found used, Installed, tested or damaged it will not be refunded and scrapped in a week after inspection got completed and intimated to the customer.

Refund Method: All refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges.

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee.
