The Hobart 00-106468-00005 Hot Water Solenoid Valve 3/4" 120 V 125 PSI is valve that is operated by an electrically operated valve mechanism to regulate the flow of hot water in the system. It operate by pressing an internal solenoid coil to raise or lower the valve plunger to open or close the water passage when power is used. The valve is fitted in the hot water line of foodservice equipment that is compatible and it is linked to the plumbing connections and electrical control wiring within the cabinet by the assembly.
