The Hobart 00-344635-1 Thermostat SA Bulb is a thermal sensing assembly for commercial equipment, used to monitor the temperature when cooking and heating. It comes with a 3/16" x 10" sensing bulb and a 36" connection to fit the proper thermostat systems. This is placed in the heating compartments and sends out thermal data to the connected regulating assemblys during operation. It's a common product used in commercial kitchens and is effective during repeated heating cycles. Replacement is usually done during inspections when the performance or integrity of the temp. A response cannot be based upon when using it in routine commercial equipment.
