The Keating 004508 Thermostat K Type uses the K-type thermocouple to sense changes in temperature and send the data to control heating elements. The 5/16" x 10" stainless steel bulb detects changes in heat within a controlled space, and the 30 inch capillary tube enables the bulb to be placed where it is needed to accurately monitor the temperature. This thermostat is designed to fit within a commercial kitchen equipment system and is securely mounted within the system to maintain the correct temperature in a cooking or holding unit.
