The Groen 008639 Valve Steam Safety is a pressure relief component designed for compatible steam cooking and boiler systems. This valve features a 3/4-inch connection and is installed on the steam vessel or piping assembly to monitor internal pressure conditions. When pressure rises above the specified setting the valve opens automatically to release excess steam and then reseats once conditions return to an acceptable range.
