The Groen 012061 Braising Pan Handwheel Assembly is a spare part to fit on commercial braising pans to regulate the positioning system. It is attached to compatible kitchen equipment, which enables operators to manually tilt the pan to pour and manipulate contents during food preparation. This system is mounted on the special regulating component and connects to the internal gearing of the pan to allow it to work smoothly. It is a programmable point of operation in the braising pan system and is usually changed during maintenance to provide adequate efficiency again.
