The Keating 017370 Thermostat RX operates based on the principle of maintaining the temperature within a specific ranges of 250°F to 400°F to maintain the heating performance at a constant level during cooking processes. It runs by sensing and responding to changes in temperature by using a 5/16" x 8" sensing bulb that is connected to a 30 inch capillary to maintain the set point. The thermostat will be connected to compatible kitchen appliances and is one of the essential control variables in ensuring adequate cooking temperatures.
