The Hatco 02-04-500 Booster Heater Element is a 208-volt 5000-watt heating element used in booster heaters. It increases the incoming water temperature to the level needed by sanitation in warewashing. The element is placed inside the booster heater tank and it transforms electrical energy into heat and it operates with thermostats and controls to ensure that set temperatures are maintained. It plays its part in the system to provide uniform supply of hot water to dishmachines when the commercial kitchen system.
