The Hatco 02.16.050 Display Cabinet Horizontal Drum Temperature Gauge with 60 inch cap and 3/8 inch x 1 inch bulb is a that is used to measure the internal temperatures of heated display cabinets. It detects the temperature in the unit and indicates the temperature on a dial, which enables the operators to ensure that betters are served at the right temperature.
