The Jackson 05330-011-47-79 Flange Gasket is a black rubber sealing part that has a 3" square profile, with 2.25" centers of mount holes, and is used in commercial equipment. It is placed between mating surfaces in the pump or drain assembly of the machine to form a tight seal that ensures there is no leakage of water during operation. This is used to seal even under repeated thermal and pressure cycles common with wash and rinse cycles. It ensures the correct containment of fluids and operates the system by minimizing wastage of water and shielding the other parts from exposure to moisture.
