The Cres Cor 0849 008 K Hot Cabinet Timer 18 Hour 120V works by controlling the electrical circuits through a preset countdown system that regulate the flow of power to the component that are connected to it. It has a variable dial plate to program timing intervals up to eighteen hour and when the set time is reached the equipment is turned off or turned on. This timer is normally fitted in control panels of commercial kitchen equipment where timing is needed. It has a knob-like dial interface to be adjusted manually and is compatible with other electrical systems to control scheduled processes without having to be manually adjusted all the time.
