The Blodgett 08717 Main Burner Orifice Set has two calibrated gas flow parts that are used to control the amount of fuel that is delivered to the main burners. Each of the orifices is installed at the inlet of the burner to regulate gas entering the combustion chamber to maintain uniform flame properties. Replacement is usually done when apertures of orifice are limited or damaged, which influences the stability of flames. With the controlled combustion, even heat distribution, and predictable burner behavior in the commercial cooking conditions, accurate orifice performance is needed.
