The Market Forge 10-6276 Thermostat with Dial is a mechanical temperature control component used in compatible commercial cooking equipment to regulate heat during operation. Installed with the sensing element positioned in the heated area, it detects temperature changes and adjusts the electrical circuit connected to the heating system. The dial allows operators to select the desired temperature setting, while the capillary sensing system transfers heat changes to thermostat mechanism. With a 100-450°F range, 3/16" x 11-5/8" stem, and 60-inch capillary, it provides temperature control for heating circuit. It works with the equipment controls to maintain the selected operating temperature.
