The Jade Range 100148000 Top Grate Cast Iron is intended for compatible commercial gas cooking equipment. Its 21-1/32" by 5-3/16" design uses four crossbars and nine ribs to support cookware over active burners. Found in professional kitchen conditions, this grate is used to provide a secure cooking surface while preserving the spacing required between the flame and the cooking vessel.
