The Garland 1010304 D1/D18 thermostat is a temperature control part that is applicable in commercial cooking equipment. It runs on a 3/16 in x 12 in remote sensing bulb which detects the temperature of internal appliances and sends it to the control system. The dial enables the operators to adjust and program the desired range of temperature. It is commonly attached in ovens, ranges, and griddles of the foodservice kitchens. The thermostat in the system controls the amount of heat produced by switching between the heat source to keep the cooking temperatures constant. This use in maintaining a constant performance in the baking, roasting, and overall cooking operations in commercial kitchen conditions.
