The Ultrafryer 103538 Fry Element STR is a generator that produces heat by converting electrical energy to thermal power with a rated resistive element of 3520 watts and 208 volts. Upon heating the current is sent through the element and heats the fryer tank. This element is fitted within compatible fryer units which are usually submerged in the oil reservoir. It assists in the production of heat in the cooking cycles. The element is linked to electrical wiring and mounting brackets, which fit fryer setups to ensure the same amount of heat transfer in the system.
