The Frymaster 106-2997SP Fryer RH Blower Assembly is a 115V 50/60 Hz right-hand air movement that is compatible with other commercial appliance systems. It moves air inside the combustion or heating chamber, which assists in the proper operation of the burner and even distribution of heat throughout the frying cycles. When used in commercial kitchens, it is mounted in the internal blower housing of the fryer on the right-hand side and assists in controlling the airflow needed to achieve effective thermal operation. The assembly is used as a component of the heating and combustion support system for fryer conditions when the fryer is used in food service.
