The Frymaster 1061428 Filter Grease Hose 5' 3/8" MPT X 1/2" MPT is used to connect the fryer filtration system to the grease handling line when it is in operation. The transfer of suction and pressure enables the flow of used oil and grease along the hose between the fryer and the filtration unit via threaded MPT fittings at each end ensuring a closed system of liquid flow and assisting in the controlled routing of the used oil and grease during cleaning processes. It is installed between the fryer drain outlet and the connection point to the filter system in the kitchen frying equipment system.
