The Frymaster 1063287 Thermostat Extended Melt Assembly controls temperature by measuring the amount of heat and transmitting the signal to the control board. The 24V PCB is a proper communication between the thermostat and the electrical system of the fryer which turns on the heating element when required. This sensor is placed in the fryer in the region close to the heating section and is placed in such a way that it can sense changes in temperature and regulate the melting process. It is also designed to fit with the internal part of the unit, enabling the fryer to operate consistently.
