The Hobart 11328 Black Thermostat Knob is a temperature control system that is compatible with commercial foodservice equipment. This is a 2-inch diameter knob with white printed temperature markings of OFF to 400200 o C and a flat-down design to ensure easy alignment during adjustment. It is attached to a control shaft of .187 inches and allows operators to adjust and adjust temperatures when using the equipment normally. The thermostat control panel has the knob in the kitchen application, which is a user interface between the operator and the internal temperature regulation system.
