The Groen 141183 Convection Steamer Element Kit W/Gasket is an electric heating unit that is part of the HY-3E to produce heat and form steam during working. This kit adds 8 kW of power to a 208V assembly and comes with a compatible gasket and connects to steamer electrical wiring and control systems. In a commercial kitchen setting, it is continually working when the appliance is in use, during repeated cycles. A replacement is usually done when heating performance or electrical continuity or the sealing integrity is not consistent while the equipment is in normal operation as part of the regular servicing.
