The Toastmaster - See Middleby Marshall 1414B8707 Safety Thermostat monitors heat levels within compatible commercial equipment and interrupts the heating circuit when the safety limit is reached. It uses a 1/4-inch by 4-7/8-inch sensing probe, a 30-inch capillary tube, and an LCH designation. Heat at the sensing end causes the thermostat mechanism to respond as the temperature changes during operation. Once the preset limit is reached, the electrical contacts change state and remove the heating circuit from its active condition. The thermostat fits at the designated control position while the sensing probe reaches the monitored area.
