The Henny Penny 17437 Fryer Filter Pump is a circulation element in compatible commercial filtration systems. This pump circulates cooking oil through the filtration route of the fryer when cleaning or maintaining oil. It is installed in the filtration assembly and forces it through filter media to eliminate food particles and residue. The pump will help in pumping filtered oil back into the fryer reservoir upon completion of the cleaning process.
