The Belleco 200901 Speed Control Potentiometer is an electrical element that can be fitted to modify the speed of motors in the compatible equipment. It has a round shaft on which a knob can be attached, a diode built-in and black/white lead wires to connect. It has a 208/240 V rating, with a 500 ohm resistance to change the voltage fed to the motor control circuit to the desired speed. The potentiometer is normally installed when performing service or replacement when the original speed control stops responding, or is needed to re-adjust the system and maintain a stable operation.
