The APW 20656-02 Safety Valve with Magnet Head is an electromagnetic safety control valve designed to regulate and shut off gas flow in commercial cooking equipment. It features a 3/8-inch NPT connection and 1/4-inch CCT interface for integration within gas control assemblies. It is installed in foodservice appliances such as commercial ovens, grills, fryers, and similar gas-fired systems, where it works as a safety interlock to manage burner operation and prevent unintended gas release during ignition, operation, or shutdown cycles.
