The Duke 2081 KA Thermostat with a 1/4″ x 7-9/16″ bulb and auxiliary switch is used to maintain the temperature of steam tables and other kitchen equipment. It has a temperature control of between 140 – 500°F which makes it easy to use as it delivers consistent results. The 48” cap allows for easy installation and the auxiliary switch adds extra usability for more options. Designed for use on preparation tables such as the SUB-FC-206-RT, this thermostat enhances equipment performance while increasing its durability to ensure proper temperatures are maintained in the kitchen.
