The McCall 2194783KT-S Reach-In Refrigerator Controller controls the cabinet temperature by monitoring sensor input and diversion of power to cooling components when needed. It is controlled by an electronic control interface that takes programmed settings and varies the compressor and fan activity to maintain specified levels of storage, The controller is mounted in compatible units, which are mounted in the control compartment to be connected to sensing probes. It synchronizes internal refrigeration cycles and regulates system reactions needed to maintain the cold storage in the commercial foodservice state.
