The Garland 227181-2 GS Thermostat 3/16 X 12 48 is used to control the amount of heat in commercial foodservice equipment. It works by measuring temperature with a sensing element and adjusting the source of heat to the desired temperature. This will provide consistent, and predictable cooking results. The unit is compatible with the appliance control system and has a 3/8" FPT interface to ensure that it can be installed securely.
