The Frymaster 2800 Swivel Caster Plate 5" is a mounting plate that is compatible with other commercial fryers and kitchen equipment. This plate is the interface between the assembly and the frame that allows the appliance to be attached to the caster and move stably when repositioning or cleaning. When used in foodservice conditions, it is fixed at the bottom of the equipment to hold it in place to allow the unit to be transported under control on hard, flat surfaces.
