The Middleby Marshall 28021-0044 Blower Switch Kit with 7/8" Fit Hole is designed for use in commercial oven equipment. Mounted through a panel opening, it provides electrical control of the motor during normal oven operation. Proper blower control supports circulating heated air throughout the cooking chamber supporting even temperature distribution and stable cooking conditions. As part of the oven's electrical control system the switch provides to coordinated equipment performance and proper airflow management. A switch kit can support maintaining proper oven operation following routine service or maintenance operations.
