The Pitco 2804-0871200 Dual Gas Solenoid Valve 3/8 FPT Gas In/Out 120 V is gas control part that is compatible with a commercial fryer system. This is an electrically controlled valve that controls the amount of gas flowing to the burner assembly when using the appliance. It is designed with 3/8-inch female pipe thread connections on both the inlet and outlet side and is connected to the gas supply line and the control circuit of the fryer. The valve is installed in the gas control section, and it opens and closes based on the electrical signals of the appliance control system.
