The Robot Coupe 28065W Slicing Disc is a system that is used to slice uniformly by rotating in a commercial compatible food processor. With continuous motion and pressure, the cutting edge of the disc cuts a uniform 5mm slice as the food passes through the machine. It is mounted in the processing bowl of the system and is mounted on the drive shaft to be used when performing slicing operations. This ingredient is usually utilized in the preparation of vegetables fruits and other foodstuffs that need to be sliced evenly to be cooked or served.
