The T&S Brass 2866-05 Medical Mount Faucet W/5-3/4" Gooseneck performs features that include controlling water flow regulating hot and cold water delivery, and directing water through an outlet in commercial cooking appliances. It works through internal valve components that open and close water passages when the operating handles are actuated, allowing adjustment of flow and temperature before water is discharged through the faucet spout. The gooseneck outlet directs the water stream while accommodating regular washing activities. Internal passages direct water from the supply connections to the outlet assembly as part of normal operation.
