The Star Mfg 2E-30305-01 Infinite Switch is a replacement part meant to be used in commercial cooking equipment. This element permits electrical output to heating elements to be adjusted continuously and allowing an operator to have a fine control in the level of temperature during the cooking process. It is mounted when the control is worn or inaccurate, it regenerates the correct heat control when the control is not operating properly. The infinite switch is used with thermostats, heating elements and control circuitry to control the delivery, achieve consistent cooking performance and to work in foodservice conditions such as restaurants and foodservice settings.
