The Star Mfg 2J-80300-04 Spark Ignition Module is an electronic component installed in compatible commercial gas cooking equipment. This module produces the electrical spark that is needed to start the burner when the appliance needs heat. It is mounted in the ignition control circuit of the equipment and fed by the system controls and generates high-voltage spark at the ignition electrode.
