The Star Mfg 2U-200519 Toaster Reversible Rotation Motor Drive is a special motor that is specially designed to work at 115V with an operating speed of 5.5 RPM. This motor has a 5/16 x 1-¼ inch shaft diameter and also allows for the reversing of motor rotation, which is useful in a wide range of cooking operational processes. It is most advantageous for heating breads and other similar food products to equal levels of browning. It is a motor and it has a mounting center of 1-9/16 to make it suitable for different toaster models.
